Centrify shall attempt to schedule Service Maintenance during the times as specified below and will notify customers in advance (72 hours). The parties, however, agree that it may be necessary for Centrify to perform Service Maintenance outside the specified timings for emergency fixes. Centrify will make every effort to notify customers in advance (24 to 48 hours) for these emergency fixes. During the scheduled maintenance to upgrade, there is no downtime to the Centrify Cloud Service.
Due to evolving technology updates and changes necessary to improve our reliability and uptime, Centrify may need to schedule maintenance outages on occasions. The downtime is typically scheduled between 11:00pm PT Friday to 12:00pm PT Sunday when needed. This is a rare occurrence and Centrify will take all necessary measures to avoid downtimes.
