As a leader in the industry, we at Centrify feel it is our corporate responsibility to provide truly objective thought leadership, education and guidance to empower cyber security leaders with the tools necessary to defend against digital adversaries. To support this goal, I’d like to invite you to CyberConnect, a two day security conference convening executives from some of the world’s biggest organizations in New York City November 6 and 7th.
We have one simple, yet powerful motivation behind CyberConnect: To educate and better secure the companies, people and data within the critical infrastructure of the country.
It is undeniable that we find ourselves in a very precarious environment. And it’s clear that the status quo – with regard to how we’re responding to critical vulnerabilities – is not working. Whether we’re talking about energy, finance, healthcare, or any of our critical infrastructure sectors, the reality is that our organizations are frequently breached, despite the fact that companies and government agencies are spending billions of dollars on security each year.
CyberConnect 2017 Curriculum
Now, I realize there are an infinite number of conferences out there and that security professionals must be increasingly selective when it comes to which of them they attend. So, why does this event merit your strong consideration?
Planned breakout sessions for CyberConnect will include:
- The 2017 Threat Landscape
- Securing Hybrid Cloud Environments
- Foreign, Mercenary, and Criminal APTs
- Risk Mitigation
- Advanced Analytics & Big Data
- Machine Learning / AI for Cybersecurity
- Insider Threats
- Identity and access management
- Supply Chain Security
Our number one goal for this event is for every attendee to leave with an understanding of where we are today, why the status quo is failing, and what they can do to better mitigate the serious risks their organizations face.
Keynote and Participants
The CyberConnect keynote speaker will be former Director of the NSA and Chief, U.S. Cyber Command General Keith Alexander. Accompanying him will be a line-up of distinguished industry figures, technical experts, security architects and industry peers, participating in this interactive event that integrates thought leadership, collaborative roundtable discussions, and one-on-one sessions designed to equip executives and practitioners with tools and confidence to defend their organizations. I hope to see you there.
If you’ve attended CentrifyConnect in the past, please note that CyberConnect is an evolution of that conference, now with a broader cyber security agenda. CentrifyConnect will still be a subset of the conference, and will continue to offer an in-depth training workshop for attendees to explore Centrify platform features such as AWS migration, hierarchical zones, SIEM integration and analytics, and third-party access. A Centrify technical training session will be held on Tuesday afternoon. CentrifyConnect will be open to all attendees and entrance is included in the CyberConnect registration.
Register before September 8th, 2017, to receive the lowest registration price of $195 and deeply discounted hotel accommodations at the Grand Hyatt New York.
