March 08, 2018
Santa Clara, CA — Centrify, a leading provider of Zero Trust Security through the power of Next-Gen Access, today announced the company is growing its Utah presence. The company will tap into the area’s diverse high-technology talent pool to grow its engineering team and create up to 200 jobs over the next five years.
“We’re seeing significant growth and momentum as more and more customers continue to choose Centrify to protect against the leading cyber attack vector — compromised credentials,” said Tom Kemp, chief executive officer at Centrify. “Our strategic relationship with the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) allows us to take advantage of top engineering talent and accelerate innovation and product development in Zero Trust Security.”
“Utah continues to lead the country with the greatest percentage of tech job growth in the nation with almost eight percent in 2016,” said Val Hale, executive director of the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development. “We’re pleased Centrify is increasing its investment here. With talented graduates from our universities, our workforce will enable Centrify to accelerate its product development and enhance its operations both in the US and abroad.”
Centrify has had customer support and sales development teams in Utah since 2014 and is the only identity services provider to be recognized as a “Leader” by Forrester Research Inc., a leading industry analyst firm, in both the Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Wave evaluations, and as a “Strong Performer” for Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM).

Centrify also utilizes machine learning to discover risky user behavior and apply conditional access — without impacting user experience. Centrify’s Next-Gen Access is the only industry-recognized solution that uniquely converges Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS), enterprise mobility management (EMM) and privileged access management (PAM).
