Co-founder and CEO
Tom Kemp is co-founder and chief executive officer at Centrify. Under his leadership, the company has become one of the fastest growing security vendors in the industry with over 5,000 customers, including more than half of the Fortune 100.
Tom is one of the industry’s most authoritative experts in identity security and was recently selected as an Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2018 Award Finalist in Northern California. He was also recognized as one of the top 100 influencers in identity. He’s regularly featured in Forbes, HuffPost, VentureBeat and other influential publications, and was recently accepted as a member of the Forbes Tech Council.
Prior to founding Centrify in 2004, Kemp held various executive, technical and marketing roles at NetIQ Corporation, Compuware Corporation, EcoSystems Software, and Oracle Corporation. He was also an Entrepreneur in Residence at leading venture capital firm Mayfield and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and History from the University of Michigan.
Co-founder and CTO
Paul Moore is co-founder and chief technology officer at Centrify, where he provides the technical vision for its award-winning software and cloud security solutions.
Prior to Centrify, Moore held executive roles at CA Technologies and Netreon and a variety of software development and consulting positions at Microsoft, Hoskyns Group, BAT, AT&T, Nestle, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, British Petroleum, and Honeywell.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Physics from the Open University, Milton Keynes, UK.
Chief Financial Officer
Tim Steinkopf is chief financial officer at Centrify, where he is responsible for all aspects of corporate finance and administration as the company grows its product offerings and extends its global reach.
Prior to Centrify, Steinkopf held CFO positions at Secure Computing Corporation (acquired by McAfee), SumTotal Systems, Purfresh and Silicon Entertainment. Mr. Steinkopf has also held executive and management positions with Watt/Peterson and Ernst & Young.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Science from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
Rashmi Garde is general counsel at Centrify, where she is responsible for the company’s worldwide legal affairs. Prior to Centrify, Garde held legal positions in public and privately-held companies including general counsel roles at BloomReach, Marin Software and VMware. She was recognized as one of the 2018 Women of Influence by Silicon Valley Business Journal.
Previously, Garde served as in-house counsel at Electronics for Imaging (EFI) and as an associate at Fenwick & West and later at Graham and James. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
