Tim Steinkopf is CEO at Centrify, where he leads the management, strategic direction and execution of the company’s vision. Tim initially joined Centrify as Chief Financial Officer in October 2011 and took over as CEO in January 2019. Prior to Centrify, he held CFO positions at Secure Computing Corporation (acquired by McAfee), SumTotal Systems, Purfresh and Silicon Entertainment. Tim has also held executive and management positions with Watt/Peterson and Ernst & Young. Tim is a member of the Forbes Tech Council.

Nate Yocom is Chief Technology Officer at Centrify, where he provides the technical vision for the company’s award-winning cloud-architected Zero Trust Privilege Services. Prior to Centrify, Nate held engineering roles at Zipper Interactive, XPA Systems and Bynari Inc.

Mark Oldemeyer is the Chief Financial Officer at Centrify and is responsible for all finance, accounting, and human resources within the company. He brings more than 20 years of experience building and transforming financial operations across the technology sector. Before joining Centrify, Mark spent the past 4 years as CFO of PowerSchool, an education technology platform, based in Folsom, CA. He has also held senior finance positions at other software companies such as SumTotal Systems, Mentor Graphics and CA Technologies.

Howard Greenfield is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Centrify. He brings over 30 years of sales and marketing leadership to drive the company’s overall go-to-market strategy with a focus on execution and raising shareholder value. Howard was most recently CRO at SailPoint, where he led worldwide sales for over five years. He previously was Vice President of WW Mobility Sales for Citrix after its acquisition of Zenprise, and also held sales leadership roles at Wanova, Witness Systems, and Mercury Interactive.

David McNeely is Chief Strategy Officer at Centrify, where he is focused on helping customers meet the evolving security needs of the modern enterprise, while contributing to the strategic vision of the company’s product portfolio. David has been with Centrify for over 14 years, contributing to the company’s high growth via product innovation. Prior to joining Centrify, he served in a variety of product roles at AOL and Netscape Communications (acquired by AOL).

Rashmi Garde is General Counsel at Centrify, where she is responsible for the company’s worldwide legal affairs. Prior to Centrify, Rashmi held legal positions in public and privately-held companies, including BloomReach, Marin Software and VMware. She has served as in-house counsel at Electronics for Imaging (EFI) and as an associate at Fenwick & West and later at Graham and James. Based on her achievements, Rashmi was recognized as one of the 2018 Women of Influence by Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Grant Murphy is SVP of Worldwide Sales at Centrify. He is responsible for developing and growing the Centrify business through high performance sales teams and strategic channel partnerships in worldwide markets. Grant initially joined the company in 2012 as head of North American commercial sales and was promoted to oversee Centrify’s worldwide sales in September 2018. He has held leadership roles at Barracuda Networks, McAfee and Secure Computing Corporation (acquired by McAfee).

Dean Thompson is SVP of Customer Experience at Centrify, focusing on enabling the company’s customers to solve their security and privileged access management problems. Prior to joining Centrify, Dean served as Senior Director of Sales Engineering and Operations at NetIQ Corporation.

Harvey Kwok is VP of Engineering at Centrify, where he leads initiatives in continued technology innovation and product excellence. Harvey has been with Centrify for over 12 years, contributing to the company’s product market leadership. Prior to joining Centrify, he served as engineer at We Software.

Andy Smith is VP of Marketing. Andy's expertise spans 20+ years and he drives Centrify's go-to-market, demand generation, brand and messaging protecting enterprises from the #1 cause of data breaches, privileged access abuse. Prior to his Centrify appointment, he was responsible for Oracle's go-to-market strategy for the company's global identity and security business unit, where he successfully launched multiple security cloud services to many millions of users that transitioned customers from on-premises license to cloud.

Jeremey Stieglitz is VP of Product Management at Centrify, leading the product planning of Centrify products and services. Prior to joining Centrify, he served in a variety of product leadership roles at Imperva, Dataguise, Voltage Security (acquired by HP) and Redwood Systems.
