Centrify Professional Services Programs
Although deploying Centrify DirectControl and Centrify DirectAudit on individual computers is a straightforward task, the challenges multiply as the deployment grows to enterprise scale. Most IT environments developed through organic growth and/or acquisition, and integrating diverse platforms and processes into an organization’s Active Directory management infrastructure requires a deep understanding of the technologies and processes involved.
To help maximize your investment in Centrify solutions and make the most of your valuable internal resources, Centrify offers a range of professional services, from product training to architecture design and deployment assistance. Drawing on their experience working in many varied customer environments, our expert team of professionals delivers end-to-end consulting solutions that will meet your most critical business and technical requirements.
Centrify recognizes that a key requirement of enterprise software deployment, especially of an infrastructure nature, is risk mitigation. “Big bang” changes are unacceptable and introduce unnecessary exposure. Centrify’s structured deployment processes are the key to a successful implementation.
It is also vital that services engagements be scoped correctly to ensure that realistic expectations are set and deliverables are defined. Centrify has developed detailed Statements of Work that serve as the basis for the agreement between you and Centrify and that can be tailored to your individual needs. These Statements of Work ensure both you and Centrify agree on the timeline, the deliverables, and the definition of a job well done.
