Not Familiar with RSS?

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, but is also called Rich Site Summary and RDF Site Summary. The RSS file format provides a simple way for you to subscribe to an online news feed that updates automatically each time a web site publishes new content that you're interested in. Most modern browsers have built-in RSS readers, and free or commercial RSS readers are also available. The Yahoo Directory of RSS Readers and Aggregators is a comprehensive starting point. For a technical overview, see the Wikipedia articles on the RSS file format.
