Apple Computer
Because Macs are deployed predominantly as desktops, Centrify has collaborated extensively with Apple and with customers on a solution that enables OS X systems to be managed easily and transparently within an Active Directory infrastructure. Centrify DirectControl is the first and most robust solution that extends Active Directory Group Policy management to Mac OS X, enabling Windows-based administrators to centrally apply security and configuration policies to their entire Mac deployment as easily as they can today with Windows systems. DirectControl delivers Group Policy objects that can require a screensaver lock after a specified period of inactivity, require a password to unlock the screensaver, prevent Internet sharing, constrain which applications are accessible to end-users, and much more. DirectControl for Mac OS X, SmartCard Login Option, enables Mac OS X users to join Microsoft Active Directory environments that require two-factor authentication via smart cards. Citrix Systems
Centrify DirectControl supports Citrix XenServer platform version 4, enabling organizations to seamlessly leverage Microsoft Active Directory to centrally control access to their XenServer deployment and to the Linux and Windows virtual guests running on it. By consolidating user authentication and access control for Citrix XenServer in Active Directory, Centrify DirectControl lets organizations easily add Citrix XenServers into their Microsoft infrastructure without increasing administrative overhead or introducing additional identity repositories.

The SIA program accelerates the development of interoperable security products and simplifies the integration of those products within complex customer environments. As part of its membership in SIA, Centrify has released a McAfee-certified version of its Centrify DirectControl for Mac OS X that has been specially packaged for easy deployment through McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator®.
