SUNNYVALE, Calif. — Centrify Corporation, the leading provider of security and compliance solutions that centrally control, secure and audit cross-platform systems and applications using Active Directory, today announced that its fiscal year ending June 30 saw the company post record total revenue and record sales growth of approximately 75 percent over the prior fiscal year, and hit record profitability for the fiscal year. Centrify's record revenue comes a year after posting previous record sales growth of approximately 50 percent over FY2009.

In addition, the company was cash-flow positive for the fiscal year, and grew its enterprise customer installed base by more than 1,000 to a total of more than 3,500 customers, the largest market share in the industry. The company's employee base grew by 60 percent over FY2010 as it expanded to meet the rapidly growing industry demand for its security and compliance solutions.

"Our organization as a whole is extremely proud of our record year and how we widened the gap between ourselves and the rest of the field," said Centrify CEO Tom Kemp. "Clearly being able to post record revenues again, over last year's record performance, validates the true benefits organizations are realizing in securing access to their systems and enhancing their compliance efforts with the Centrify Suite. FY2012 has already started off with some significant achievements as well, showing unabated momentum and has us on the right track to continue the same high level of growth we have experienced over the last few years."
