What a Great Year!!

Tuesday, July 17, 2007

Today we announced some results from our second full fiscal year of selling products on the market. We run a July 1 to June 30 fiscal year, so our crack accounting team is now done counting the numbers for our last fiscal year. Suffice to say we are very pleased with the results, having basically exceeded our expectations across the board. Some of the highlights from the last 12 months include:

  • Growing revenue over 4x year-to-year
  • More than doubling our customer base year-to-year — we now have over 225 enterprise customers
  • Increasing our penetration of the Fortune 50 with now over 25% of the F50 as customers
  • Growing our number of channel partners to over 30 partners in just a few months since formally launching the program
  • Seeing significant business in competitive displacements of alternative commercial solutions, as well as replacing failed attempts of customers to try to roll their own
  • Enhancing our product offerings to include DirectAudit, which delivers user-level auditing to complement the authentication and access control capabilities of DirectControl
  • Further enhanced our Mac support to add even more desktop lockdown capabilities leveraging Active Directory Group Policy
  • Added to DirectControl's application support by adding support for DB2
  • And last, but not least, adding $15 million to the company's coffers via a Series C fund-raising round

I would like to thank our great customers for deploying our solution on the many thousands of their internal systems and helping to drive us to deliver new features and products. And I would like to thank the investors and employees of Centrify for building a world-class organization that is developing innovative solutions that help customers address their compliance and security requirements in a cost-effective manner. We are already off to a great new fiscal year in terms of customer adoption, and we are looking forward to making some interesting announcements in the near future, so stay tuned!
